Quadrobica (from English “quadrobics” or “quads”) is a young sport that is just gaining popularity. It combines various elements from crossfit, martial arts and gymnastics. Quadrobika originated in the United States in 2019 and has quickly spread around the world thanks to the Internet.
What is special about quadrops?
This is a very unusual and interesting sport in which you have to imitate the movements of animals: how they run, jump, hunt, swim and even sleep. Quadrobists perform various tricks, walk on four legs, etc.
