ProgKids online courses are designed to save parents from any difficulties, and provide students with a comfortable and productive atmosphere.
You don't need to go anywhere — all lessons are online. Regardless of whether you choose to study on your own or with a teacher, all you need is a computer with an internet connection, and that's it.
Studying at home saves children from school associations (if they're already big enough to get them). And it allows parents not to plan trips around the city, not to waste time in traffic jams and not to correlate the school schedule with their schedule.
Our platform for programming training It works with both Windows and MacOS. If your computer is running Linux, some configuration is required - you can ask all questions in the online chat.
Courses are accessed via a regular browser, and communication with the teacher takes place via Skype. The only third-party program you'll have to buy is Minecraft Java Edition. ProgKids programming courses are built on this game, and later your child will be able to create their own projects in it.
If you already have a licensed copy of Minecraft, you can connect it to the ProgKids platform. If your nickname is busy or if you have any other problems, chat with us. The system requirements for classes are the same as Minecraft's requirements. The minimum settings correspond to budget computers:

Our teachers have developed training programs in such a way as to combine the completeness of the material and the optimal format. The Snap programming course, which we recommend for our youngest students, can be completed with a teacher in 12 hour lessons. This is two or three months in a measured manner. Python Programming Course suitable for older children (recommended from 12-14 years) and is designed for 16 lessons.
Portal users get full access to the platform's materials. Students can complete tasks in any order and return to old lessons. In standalone mode, the system itself gives hints and checks the results of the tasks. If you have any difficulties, you can switch to training with a teacher who will help you understand the tasks and study all topics together with the student.
